Reclaim Limited fully guarantees to pay amounts due to qualifying holders of the Reclaim Certificate who make eligible claims under the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Whilst the Reclaim Certificate is used as an incentive to purchase and is always given by the Retailer to the customer free of charge, the actual cost being borne by the Retailer, integrity is critical and stringent safeguards have been developed to ensure fair play and honesty to the customer in the transmission and handling of funds.

All service fees are paid into an account, which is controlled by an independent board of trustee’s.

Independent auditors then prepare quarterly reports to the shareholders of the company, reporting on the payment of income into the custodian account and the payment of amounts due to qualifying holders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the promotion.
