How do I claim?

Two Simple steps

This is what your certificate will look like when you receive it.

There are two simple steps to claiming.

1.

Within fourteen days (beginning with the day after the commencement date as shown on the Certificate) physically post by certified post the Holder’s Registration Section of the Certificate (correctly completed with identical information as shown on the Certificate) to Reclaim Limited at its administration address as shown on the Certificate.

2.

Within the twenty eight days prior to the end of the fifty one month period from the commencement date as shown on the Certificate physically post by certified post the original Certificate together with a photocopy of the original contract, purchase invoice or other proof of purchase to Reclaim Limited at its administration address as shown on the Certificate.
